Most of our staff has excelled in local certification courses and some college classes, and most have previous experience in skilled care or home care. CNAs report to a Licenced Nurse, who is accountable to our Director of Nursing. We encourage any staff to improve their skills by furthering their education. Monthly on-the-clock In-Service training classes combine practical knowledge with hands-on skill practice for resident care and family supportive services.
